Do you often choose a glass of wine over a beer? You're not alone...

Yeah, ok. Our business is all about enjoying better "wine by the glass" at home and in restaurants. So naturally we may be more inclined than others to choose a glass of wine with our dinner, or on a quiet summer day hanging out on the porch.  Mind you, I love a nice cold craft beer with my FlipSide burger and sweet potato fries. It's just that quite often I favor a nice glass of wine over a nice cold beer.

Check out this article from The Wall Street Journal called America's Long Love Affair With Beer Is on the Rocks. In it, the WSJ talks about how wine and cocktails are supplanting beer as the drink of choice for more and more Americans. I see this trend with my friends and family. It isn't like no one drinks beer any more. It's just that it's no longer all beer all the time. I think this change is good! We have incredible choices available now, from craft beers to different varieties of wine to Moscow Mules. It's more about tailoring what's in your glass to what's on your plate or the environment around you.
