    I recently ran across the article below on FOOD52, titled "How Long Does That Open Bottle of Wine Last, Really?"

    I really like how Valerie and Hank explain the situation with open bottles of wine. They cover different factors that make wine go bad, how, and even better - how to extend the life of your open bottle.

    Naturally, I would add one piece to the article. Specifically, they call out Coravin as an expensive wine preservation device. We agree 100% with that statement. BUT...I would ADD that lower cost Argon wine preservers in canisters - like Silvadore Wine Preserver - enables you to have all the advantages of effective wine preservation at home, without the high cost of a Coravin.

    Regardless, the article below is a good one. It's informative, accurate, and well done. I definitely recommend you take a look:
